Affinity Partner Program Requirements/Considerations:
Partnership Subscription:There is a yearly fee for partnership in the KHA Affinity Partner Program and it is open to any supplier of products and services for the health care industry. Certain criteria must be met in order to become a partner. The subscription covers all benefits of KHA Affinity Partner Program.
KHA Review and Evaluation Process:To obtain a partnership status, all products and services must meet certain criteria. Some of the areas evaluated are:
KHA Review and Evaluation Steps:Initial Screening – The organization completes a partnership application and criteria, including fit, market performance and quality. KHA will end the Review and Evaluation process at any point if it is determined the product does not meet KHA’s criteria. Preliminary Product Review – KHA will perform a review to ensure that the product is technically sound. Member Review Survey – KHA surveys a sample of members and users, including current and former product customers, prospects who did not purchase the product, and selected members who have agreed to participate in the review. The survey examines the areas of product effectiveness, quality/usability, features, price/value, support and purchase factors. Scoring – To be considered for Review, the product or service must meet a minimum weighted score. Scoring is weighted by the following percentages:
Approval and Review – KHA will analyze findings and supporting documents. KHA will then recommend or decline the proposed partnership based on KHA’s criteria. License Agreement, Communication and Assessment – Once a product
or service receives Partner status, a formal license agreement is entered
into. This allows the product or service to be marketed and advertised using
the KHA marks and logos.
